Our family places a lot of importance on homegrown food free of harmful chemicals. For this reason, we grow our own wheat, salad, herbs, potatoes etc. on our huge vegetable garden. The meat and eggs we serve our guests are maily of local origin, too.Our chef Margot will prepare healthy and tasty local dishes for you, such as the famous South Tyrolean dumplings called “Knödel”, “Schlutzkrapfen” (a kind of boiled ravioli), or delicious barley soup, as well as home-made cookies for desert.
Particular specialties that our chef loves to prepare for you are tender turkey steaks and tasty roast hare.
